Piper the wire haired fox terrier in the picture has the right idea. After our walk today she took a roll in the grass then stretched out on the warmed up soil and sunned herself. The wind was gently blowing. It was a beautiful day.

Again today I took two steps through some fears. Hopefully I will have great results but if not I took a deep breath and walked through.

My life is not perfect but I am finding more and more peace every day. I took time today and spent time with Abby the cat who will be going home soon. I sat outside listening to the birds, bullfrogs and spring peepers. Taught myself some more stars and constellations. I hope to continue to challenge myself every day. I have lived in fear too long.

The universe says breathe and enjoy.
